And when negativity crops up, quick reactions usually aren't the way to go. Staying cool, calm, and collected, and thinking through our responses, can smooth even the roughest waters. In life's wild journey, our values are our trusty guiding stars, no matter where we find ourselves!

Reflecting on my journey with TikTokShop, it's incredible to see how far we've come🚀 My career path has been closely linked with TikTokShop and I distinctly remember a time when it was like a hidden treasure within TikTok. Back then, explaining to potential candidates how you could actually shop on TikTok was a regular part of my conversations. TikTok was all about fun and entertainment, and the idea of shopping on it was something not many were familiar with. But fast forward to today, TikTokShop has become a major game-changer. It's left a big mark on the industry, completely changing the way businesses work and offering a whole new platform for sellers. Back in the early days, I found myself introducing candidates to TikTokShop, kind of like a tour guide through this new world. And you know what's interesting? Nowadays, most candidates want to be part of this thriving industry. They're drawn to its rapid growth and endless possibilities. Being part of this journey, collaborating with lots of incredible professionals, bringing in exceptional talents, and witnessing TikTokShop's growth and innovation has been a real privilege. So, as TikTokShop takes a little break, I'm looking forward to its return, hopefully stronger and more inspiring than ever🚀

My Professional Journey Levelled up : From Internship to Ownership!🚀✨ I can't contain my excitement as I announce a major milestone in my professional journey! From rocking it as an intern for 1.5 years in a fast-paced industry, I'm absolutely stoked to announce the end of my internship chapter and the beginning of my pursuit of a full-time position. Throughout my internship, I had the privilege of working closely with an incredible supervisor who guided and mentored me every step of the way. Her mentorship played a pivotal role in helping me not just survive but thrive in this industry, navigate the industry's challenges, grow into the professional I am today. I am sincerely grateful for her unwavering support, a massive shoutout to Stephanie Lestari! Now, as I embark on this new adventure as a full-time, I am thrilled to take on greater responsibilities and own my role with utmost dedication. At first, it was daunting and steep learning curve— I found myself facing new challenges, navigating independent decisions, relying on myself, and even adapting to a new location all on my own. But guess what? I aced it and recently completed my probation period here at F-Commerce 💪 Transitioning into a full-time role has been an incredible growth experience. My team is like a power-packed squad of superheroes, who have been my rock and source of support throughout this journey. Together, we collaborate, pushing boundaries, and we're building a stronger, more powerful team each day. The energy we create together is simply electrifying! But hold on tight because the excitement doesn't stop there! With the WFO working arrangement, I can finally meet the candidates I recruited in person. Interacting with them and witnessing them flourish and grow. The satisfaction? Off the charts! Now, here's to countless opportunities for exploration on the horizon! I am excitedly embracing each one, looking forward to leveraging my talent acquisition expertise to attract top talent, build diverse and high-performing teams, and contribute to the overall success of my organization.
