This could be a lot to wrap your head around, knowing our food supplies are toxic! Yet now we understand the real truth in just this short read 😉 The traditional medical community is starting to explore pathogens and toxins more fully with regard to the role they play in chronic and immune-mediated imbalances.⚕️ So with understanding these pathogens 🪱(parasites, viruses, bacteria etc.) and toxins ☢️(heavy metals, mold, chemicals etc.) are being held in the body with understanding that more frequently studied it’s the realization that the body is not attacking itself, but rather trying to rid itself of something that we were not previously able to measure/observe.🦠These energies weren’t understood.till recently! Often in the integrative medicine space, you will hear about “root cause” and therapies, supplements and protocols designed to work at a specific level. I do believe these are very important, but I also believe we need to ask ourselves how we become an attractive host to these pathogens and toxins in the first place. This is where “terrain theory” comes into play. Our body needs to be in a specific state in order for pathogens to survive within the body. However – as we dive even deeper, what impacts the body to make it a welcome host of these things? It is our Energy, our Memories and stored Emotions.
