My focus for 2024 is to increase customer value through RevOps. In order to achieve sustainable growth, you can't just rely on acquiring new customers - you need to also focus on retaining and growing your existing customers. The RevOps approach and tools, including the bowtie funnel, force your marketing, sales, and customer service teams to take advantage of your customer base. In other words, the bowtie funnel illustrates the growth possible when you invest in customer retention alongside customer acquisition.
