Why recruiter not getting the pain point of job seekers, without giving them chance how they show you expertise in your desire hunting. Please be realistic how somebody have experience being expat in the uae, to any of the industry without getting job opportunities. Atleast provide training , guidence and then yearly appraisal . After that you are able to search the people with excellent exposure. Only demanding two years experience , four years experience … waste of time. We all know that majority of the hiring is not on merit basis. Do realistic and genuine recruitment. Job seeking in the UAE 🇦🇪🧐 Yesterday we delved into qualifications as an overseas job seeker 🤓 Let’s continue the series with Question 2️⃣: Why don’t I hear from recruiters? When recruiters are given an assignment to find a candidate - the profile they need to fill is usually quite specific 📃 With so much talent already based here recruiters will naturally look on the ground first 🧐 They don’t need to look overseas to fill a role 90-95% of the time 🤷🏽♂️ As a result applicants not on the ground are at a disadvantage.
