Today let’s recognize the 34th anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), which became law on July 26, 1990. How? Thanks to the Disability Rights Movement, which brought much-needed attention and respect to the disabled community. For entrepreneurs and employers, the ADA is more than a legal requirement—it's a call to create inclusive and accessible workplaces. Embracing diversity means welcoming talents and perspectives that enrich your team. On July 26, 1990, President George H.W. Bush signed the ADA into law, integrating people with disabilities into the fabric of American life.
