One of the big trends I'm seeing already this year is a focus on Inclusive Leadership. While many organizations aren't sure yet how they'll navigate the evolving backlash to the acronym "DEI," what remains clear is that building a future-proof organization requires attracting a diverse group of employees, and creating a culture where everyone can do their best work and thrive. Enabling leaders to do this is key, *especially* as organizations are rethinking the role of centralized DEI teams. While Paradigm has always been a leader in training in this space, this year we're rolling out something new: Inclusive Leadership Self-Assessments. We've created a scalable, automated tool that helps leaders understand their strengths and gaps, and provides them a scorecard and toolkit for taking action.
