The art of event designing goes beyond putting together various elements. It is a comprehensive inclusion of the brief from the client/s, brainstorming and exploring varied and creative possibilities based on the brief, sourcing the right resources and then aesthetically putting together the various elements guided by the principles of design. It is at this stage that you can afford to creatively break a rule where necessary. At Maapz, we are intentional about your event and pay particular attention to your brief, personality and vision. Thus, your event is #uniquelycrafted for you. . . #eventindustry #eventdesign #eventmanagement #eventplanning #eventprofs #eventproduction #eventmarketing

To be (a stakeholder), or not to be (a stakeholder)? That is the question. Would a stakeholder by any other name, like participant, attendee, team member, etc. "smell as sweet?" I share a few thoughts here based on the Event Design Handbook h/t Event Design Collective GmbH #eventcanvas #facilitation #hcd https://lnkd.in/eCPMpeYB

> “Sounds like a great place to work.” An office environment is more than just about looks and culture, it’s also about the soundscape. From noise and ambient sounds, to music and talk, different people react to it in different ways. Especially people who are neurodiverse (autistic, dyslexic, ADHT) or stressed. So how can you develop a noise management strategy and make your offices more sound friendly, improve productivity and make them a great place to work? On Wednesday, as part of the Clerkenwell Design Week, I'll be taking people on a journey of sounds and moods, an exploration of senses at Hushoffice. (Hush make these incredible soundproof booths.) I guarantee it'll be a fascinating, entertaining and engaging session, and it’ll open both your mind and ears. On a similar note, a week later I am doing a talk on AUDIO BRANDING. Probably the most neglected area of branding within marketing. I have recently been advising a well-known drinks brand on their audio brand guidelines. Their graphic guidelines are great but the design agency has no knowledge or experience in developing ones around sound, voice and music. In today's multi-sensory world, sound/music/voice can be as important as a logo in helping consumers define and recognise your brand. Yet so many brands have no consistency across digital, social media, radio, TV, experiential and POS. https://lnkd.in/epAwK_us PepTalk Corey Mitchell Neurodiversity in Business (NiB) - the Neurodiversity Charity Neurodiversity in the Workplace Institute Of Neurodiversity ION DYVERSITY LAB #neurodiversity #audiobranding #soundscapes #officeenvironment

The best design is in the details. While you can drive yourself (and your team crazy) perfecting your vision What you want.. matters! Don’t settle. Don’t cheapen your vision. Work with a team who is willing and excited to explore until you see what you envisioned (or better than you envisioned). We wrapped this Z around our client, Zach. He’s a coach and speaker with a rodeo background. A tiny little design element that makes a pop in his website. The dollars are in the details… when the event organizer is looking at who to choose to keynote their conference or come speak to their team. Can we re-brand or re-design something that is looking old and stale for you? https://lnkd.in/gN5VrYwH #branding #doneforyoumarketing #fullservice
