As we close the chapter on 2024, I’m incredibly proud of the achievements of TEN Cool, our dedicated temperature-controlled business unit here at TEN (Transportation Equipment Network). 2024 was transformative - I would like to personally thank all of our customers, partners, and team members that helped us drive innovation and strive for excellence in our area of focus. Key TEN Cool Milestones in 2024: 1) We successfully launched the TEN Cool co-brand, establishing a leading temperature-controlled platform in the market. 2) Completed critical organizational restructuring and integration, strenghtening our operations and customer service capabilities. 3) Announced our Utility Patent-Pending Conversion System, a breakthrough innovation showcasing our commitment to advancing the industry. TEN Cool Today: 1) Our North American temperature-controlled fleet size is now in excess of 10,000 units (achieved over 20% growth in the US specifically for 2024) 2) Supporting over 200 customers and handling more than 10,000 customer service events a year to keep trailers rolling. As we move into 2025, we remain keenly committed to launching strategic initiatives that drive the best in-class customer experience and strengthen our platform to scale at a fast pace.
