The developmental process of becoming one of the best strategic customer success ambassadors is through learning and relearning. CustomerSuccessU.org has created a lifetime learning technique from the fundamental stage to becoming a Certified Customer Success Specialist (CCSS) professional. I was surprised to be added to the CustomerSuccessU.org community. This means a lot to me because I will not only learn to become a customer success management specialist, but I will also be part of the strategic community and get to learn from other professional captains of a large sea of knowledge. These are my takeaways: Strategy: I have learnt the act of strategising and understanding the importance of creating the best line of futuristic plans by interfacing with customers. Departmental synergy: Liaising with other departments to understand those who are truly customer-centric in nature, even when they are not customer care personnel but their hunger and zeal are to see others smile. Converting Negative Situation: Converting negative situations to standardised feedback can act as a conduit to ways and means of an operationalized process of working and also product improvement. Interpersonal Relationship & Work-Life Balance: This is really about me. As a workaholic, I always want to get issues resolved, and because of this, I pay less attention to myself as a result of trying to meet the delivery period. I love it when it is perfect and when a table is clean, Even when I know that a clean table is a mirage, more work will always come. I learnt to strike a balance and still achieve the same targeted milestone by using a network of interpersonal relationships in the office. I'm so happy! 😊 I look forward to more refresher training and knowledge impartation from the CustomerSuccessU.org community. Cheers!

17th of Oct 2024 Rave Late I went to the Nuff Said Rave Late event, that greatly filled me with interest and a motivational night where members of the industry discussed their experiences and gave tips on how to get started and reach our determined end goals. They pointed out the need to develop a strong personal brand, remain proactive, and use diversity as a strength to differentiate yourself in an increasingly competitive environment. Hearing their experiences brought home the value of commitment, flexibility, and successful networking along with the need of integrating career goals with personal interests to gain inspiration and direction. The presenters discussed the advantages of teamwork and remaining responsive to current information in a fast-shifting sector. To become a broad professional, they also stated the importance of refining both hard and soft abilities, such as communication, problem-solving, and technical knowledge. Hearing about their experiences, from collaborating with agencies to forming partnerships with leading brands reinforced the level of passion and hard work needed for achievement. Moreover, the ideas shared at the event provided a great chance to network with colleagues, acquire the opinions of professionals, and form connections that might lead to future partnerships. Overall, it inspired me to develop my abilities, take on challenges directly, and follow my career path with assurance and sincerity. @nuffsaid_ldn @ravelate_ldn

Tis the season for "Forced Fun!" Ever since the world went mostly remote, holiday parties have been challenging to say the least. In the heyday of nGen, we had some winners and losers when it came to celebrating together while we were apart. These were some of the winners: • The Props Report: A weekly shoutout from team members to others in the style of a DJ doing dedications. • 5 O'clock Somewhere: A timezone rotating Friday toast to send the week off. (We were in 8 timezones) • nGen Friday: The company would pick up your lunch tab if you posted a photo of you out and about to the team. I seem to have blocked the losers from my mind, but we definitely had some flops. Like empowering the team to give spot bonuses to each other. That was a stinker! So as you either have completed or are preparing for your virtual party, I wish you well. And If you strike gold on an idea, let us know. 🎁
