I like the focus on the current process and what may be broken or costly in that, and would like to ad the 7 why method to dig deeper in understanding. It also helps the business owner to value the benefits from a proposed solution.

Great! I would end with ”if we were to develope this app with these characteristics, would you be interested in that? If yes, is it ok if we get back to you to book a meeting? ” and you have an easier time for a new sales meeting. Orherwise, great job explaining:) (I assume by app we could also be talking about enterprise software)
