A client and I were discussing how tight things are right now. With budget restraints, operational expenses and targets that still need to be met, it didn't come across as a surprise that permanent hiring had been put on hold. Making a bad hiring decision. It is not an uncommon mistake at all. Finding the right talent for your business is can be a challenging process, especially when you go at it alone. Whatever the reason, making a bad hire can have a multitude of negative implications: 1. Reducing productivity 2. Reducing employee engagement 3. Lessening team alignment 4.
