Influencing a diverse, inclusive, and purpose-driven culture as Chief Human Resources Officer at Clariant

Last week, I was excited to meet our colleagues from Lucas Meyer Cosmetics for the first time in Quebec! This trip has provided a fantastic opportunity to connect face-to-face and discuss our strategy to meet our mid- to long-term targets, key priorities, and the integral role of the LMC acquisition in our future growth. I’m extremely grateful for the engaging Q&A session and everyone’s openness in sharing highlights and insights from their initial days with Clariant. It’s clear that our strength lies in our people, and the collaborative spirit is already shining through! Ensuring a smooth transition after an acquisition requires empathy, patience, personalization, and sensitivity. It’s crucial to understand and respect the cultures coming together and ensure that everyone feels valued, included, and part of the journey. Building a culture of belonging is essential for our collective success. The very positive feedback from our new team members is encouraging and I am very much looking forward to our future together and the great things we will achieve as one team!
