Why is it important for a team to celebrate your wins? When your team celebrates your achievements, it's like adding fuel to your motivation. This recognition makes you feel appreciated and valued, boosting your confidence and inspiring you to aim even higher. It's a sign of a healthy team culture where each member's success is seen as a victory for the whole team, creating a positive atmosphere that encourages everyone to give their best.

Recognition is 10 x more powerful that reward and the best part is that it's FREE! Spend the week ahead recognising the positive things your team are doing (and that you'd like to see them do again) and notice the difference.

8 years. From last place to Premiers. 5 finals appearances before getting the flag. Patience & trusting the process was key. There's a lot we can learn from Chris Fagan & the Brisbane Lions who have been patient and focused on their team culture & the process of continuous improvement. We live in an instant gratification world, and the Lions could have easily sacked their coach when he didn't get the results sooner. But they didn't... They trusted their process and kept seeing improvement year on year. The same can be applied to our own personal growth or the corporate world. Putting in consistent work with a mindset of continuous improvement can lead to great success. There's already talk that the Lions will be even stronger next year. Why? Because they trust their process.

Transformational Sales Leader efficient in driving strong and sustainable revenue and profit growth.
https://lnkd.in/gdnbDzyE "Can the joy that is so apparent in championship athletics be replicated in business?" Yes! I've played competitive sports throughout my life, and nothing has been more rewarding than the joy of winning together. The teams I played with that performed the best were the ones that had harmony, where we made an impact together and prioritized the acknowledgment of each player's contributions. I've also been fortunate to be part of a few exceptional corporate teams. When I reflect on the crew in this picture, what stands out about great teams is their ability to not just survive, but thrive together through uncertainty and risk, instilling a sense of confidence and resilience. So how do you do that? Be an inclusive leader and value the feedback from your team. Make teamwork a part of your culture and share the success and the fun. Celebrate your wins and acknowledge the players. Josh Wilkie Cari Perez Emad Al-Marzoog

I am so proud to work for a company that promotes cross-functional collaboration and teamwork! My biggest takeaway from the last few weeks is summarized best in this Helen Keller quote, “Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much.”
