The 🇯🇵 Dining Experience In Japan, dining goes beyond the meal—it’s an experience crafted with attention to detail. Last night, we wandered into a hidden door under a new apartment complex and found ourselves in a 35-year-old restaurant. As is customary in traditional restaurants, we took off our shoes and followed the stone walls deeper into the place. When served each dish, no matter the size, was presented beautifully with care.
