How to Start the Methodology Structure ? First Part / Evolution Methodology = Pilates method with high-performance physical preparation for tennis players. As seen, methodology studies the best methods to be applied to achieve an objective, while a method would be the path or route to accomplishing something. To start a sports methodology, first separate everything that involves the sport, such as specific fundamentals, physical capabilities and movements. The second step is to choose the training method that will be used, in this methodology the first part of the class used the Pilates Method and the second part of the class used interval training. With this information begins the most important part, which is the structure of the methodology. This structure has the function of dividing each class by its objectives. I usually divide these objectives into twelve monthly classes, three weekly classes, but this may vary according to the needs of each professional. In the Pilates Method, it was divided into the most important principles used in the modality, although all principles are worked on. Principles such as: - Center Control (Core Strength). - Spine Articulation, mainly Rotation (Pivot). - Organization of the Shoulder Girdle, Thoracic and Cervical Spine. - Weight Distribution in the lower limbs (knee and ankle stability). Once the structure is ready, just choose the exercises that work on each principle and start the lesson plan.
