Dentists and medical specialists can avoid stress caused by outstanding insurance claims. More and more practices see the advantage of outsourcing unpaid claims for collection by experienced professionals Accounts receivable (A/R) from insurance is a revenue bottleneck for many practices. It is not unusual for there to be over one hundred thousand dollars in outstanding claims, which team members are too busy to pursue and collect consistently. Doctors are overwhelmed. 🩺 I hear it all the time: “I didn’t go to med school for this.” Why are doctors drowning in admin work? It’s because the healthcare system piles endless paperwork on them. Insurance forms, prior authorizations, billing rules for every payor (or plan!)— it’s relentless. And every minute spent on admin is a minute stolen from patient care. That’s the real issue. Doctors should focus on patients, not battle with insurance claims and unpaid bills. Practices lose thousands from simple registration mistakes. Technology should simplify this, not make it worse. Imagine everything integrated—CRM, scheduling, insurance verification—all working together. Less admin, more care. With the right system, doctors could see more patients and stop worrying about claims. 🏥 Burnout isn’t inevitable. But if doctors keep doing admin work, it will be. Let’s shift the focus back to where it belongs: patient care, not paperwork.
