Dear Lufthansa Team, I am reaching out to express my deep frustration and concern regarding a recent experience with your airline. My wife was traveling from the US to Berlin with a layover in Munich. Upon arrival in Munich, her connecting flight to Berlin was canceled, causing significant inconvenience. She had to wait for 5 hours in a queue at the airport to get information and retrieve her baggage. Despite being directed to a hotel with vouchers and a promise to rebook the flight, our attempts to contact your Customer Support team revealed no available options for the next day. Our primary concern now is to retrieve her baggage so we can make alternative travel arrangements to Berlin. We urgently need your assistance to resolve this matter promptly. We’ve already talked to Customer Service over the phone several time, they explicitly said that they knew nothing about the baggage and how/when to return it. Also, we wrote this comment on Facebook. Your immediate attention to this issue would be greatly appreciated. Lufthansa

Good on you LH. A great idea to assist/help PX to overcome insecurity or even fear when boarding a flight. The easier this is done, the better the outcome. Most important is to assure, that one can have full confidence towards the crew involved, to operate and take care of the flight. But never forget, before boarding a plane the (unsure) PX has to overcome some burdens like booking/information/ground handling. And exactly here you may find some of the problems, which can add on to the fear, "what may happen when we are in the air?" So as I see it, TRUST is the covering word, and this should be stressed, but can only be achieved in a "concerted effort" of all involved. 😊

My flight was cancelled and rescheduled 3 times and finally they have cancelled it 5 days before the flight day and proposed a new flight almost 10 days after the original day. Lufthansa is not replying to the emails and their phone service is so low!!! Last time I book thru it and I will never recommend anyone booking it. Worst customer service I have ever encountered!!! P.S. I am sure that you will not even reply to this post.

How is it good, when your flight that was fully boarded and did not depart from Frankfurt because of 12:00 a.m. and NO ONE IS OFFERING ANY HELP. YOU HAVE TO SPEND A NIGHT in Frankfurt airport with RATS running around baggage claim. You try to rebook and NO ONE assists you and you ask for help and NO ONE Responds. How is this reasonable? WHAT SORT OF AIRLINE IS THIS. I WAS ON THE FLIGHT LH888 on June 26. This was MOST MISERABLE EXPERIENCE and very demeaning overall. Heute am Flughafen in München: Hunderte von Menschen stehen stundenlang in endlosen Schlange. Nach zahlreichen Flugstornierungen und Wartezeiten von bis zu 16 Stunden - die Entschädigung? Ein großzügiger 15€-Voucher für Essen und Trinken– laut Lufthansa völlig in line mit Fluggastrechten und daher wohl absolut ausreichend um 16 Stunden Wartezeit zu überbrücken. Ich bin ja ein großer Fan von Flightright & co! Outstanding Reimbursement Claim ID FB 39675375/ 39500126/ 39950693/ 39826054/ 39976691  I am writing to express my concern over an unresolved issue regarding my son's flight in February, which was delayed by a full day. This delay led to numerous complications, and despite my efforts to address this through your standard reimbursement processes, I have yet to receive a resolution. To date, I have submitted multiple complaints requesting reimbursement, yet I have received no substantive response from your team. It is important to note that all 38 other passengers in my son's group have been compensated accordingly. It is perplexing and frustrating that his case remains outstanding. Please refer to the last claim ID: FB ID 39976691. I respectfully request a prompt review of this claim and an update at your earliest convenience. We have been more than patient, but the lack of acknowledgment and action on your part is concerning.

Kudos to you, LH! Your initiative to support PX in conquering their fears and insecurities about flying is commendable.

My former boss used to take a pill 💊, I drank a gooood glass of red wine 🍷 - flying Japan 🇯🇵 makes a lot of glasses, but luckily never get drunk!
