Good to see Lufthansa, but I would more appreciate, when Lufthansa will reopen the Lounge in my homebase in Stuttgart (STR).

I’m extremely disappointed with Lufthansa’s broken customer service procedures. After my flight from Munich to London Heathrow, my luggage was delayed and damaged. Despite multiple attempts, I was unable to file a Property Irregularity Report (PIR) at the airport or online due to system failures and lack of assistance. Customer service phone lines were unresponsive, and now I’m being denied compensation because I couldn’t obtain a PIR number—something that was impossible due to Lufthansa’s broken processes. Passengers deserve better. Lufthansa, it’s time to fix this system and ensure compliance with EU regulations.

Ahh there we go. Some managers that I can complain to. I have been trying to reach someone from your management team since April to get my situation resolved and after about 25 phone calls and at least 10 customer service reps telling me the situation has been escalated, I have yet to receive a call from any management personnel. this is the worst run airline ever. Even the flight attendants were rude and slammed the curtain in my face and refused me water on the flight. Lufthansa Lufthansa I hope someone is seeing this and willing to step and do the right thing. You lost my luggage for 4 days while in Europe and I had to buy clothes and supplies for work. Make it right Lufthanse. I have filled out all the forms and got all the paperwork and emails to back it ALL up.

Stellt doch einfach Mal ein paar Leute für customer relations ein und gebt eine Telefonnummer. LH ist das Schlusslicht aller Airlines wenn es um service geht. Echt traurig wie ihr mit Kunden umgeht.
