While this post looks great, I am your customer struggling to explain to the customer relations somewhere in India maybe, in 4 consecutive mails that my flight delay from Sofia to Munich was 3:49h and I am eligible for a compensation and every answer I get from you is that the flight delay is under 3 hours!? Is it a misleading strategy you are trying to apply or it's just a bad or no training and a few sample replies that have been used?
Lufthansa startet back in the days as high quality Airline with premium service (still have a spoon of the 50ties at home) and a piece of soda in a plastic box is all left... This is the wrong direction, if you provide premium service again (in all classes), you will get happy frequent flyer again. For business people a cheap ticket is not all we are longing for, but service and comfort is the key. Don't make too many mistakes there
Causing extra waste - plastic bottle + paper + plastic again. Sounds more like marketing money collected. Sustainability 0.
Imagine getting your bag several weeks late, with no accountability from Lufthansa, all claims of cost unanswered for weeks and then denied. When you finally get your bag the high value stuff is missing. Way to go Lufthansa
Thank you, Lufthansa! Together, we’re bringing a refreshing new way to stay hydrated in the skies. ✈️💧 #dropbydrop
What's wrong with supplying real iced tea (made with actual tea leaves)? There's so much processed 'food' being marketed which bears no reality to real food. Or to flavour water, why not use real fruit? And likely a lot less plastic and cardboard packaging (which might keep the climate worriers happier) too.
