The clinical application of incisional negative pressure wound therapy in severe subcutaneous emphysema: A case series. This paper illustrates how incisional negative pressure therapy may be of benefit in patients with grade III severe subcutaneous emphysema (SSE). SSE, may cause significant physiologic derangement and be life-threatening , particularly in patients on positive pressure ventilation. This paper describes an easy, minimally invasive, and highly effective technique to quickly resolve SSE in at risk patients. https://lnkd.in/gNtrFBMy
