If it were only in Fashion. We love Fashion. Loooovvvvv. But, wealthy women tell us there are many categories far more important than Fashion in their rich and dynamic lives. HNW and UHNW women over 50 who are members of our exclusive and vast global network, with whom we conduct research on behalf of luxury goods and services providers across dozens of categories, tell us that they are not merely underserved. They are UNSERVED. Period. Be it real estate, wealth management, wellness, health care, legal, accounting, private aviation, yachting, automotive, travel and leisure, etc, etc…, wealthy women over 50 tell the Luxury Institute that they are often ignored. When they are not being ignored, they are often minimized or downright disrespected. The marketing communications/customer experiences are wanting. That doesn’t inspire TRUST. It’s a missed opportunity. If you run a luxury brand, you need to do what Luxury Institute does for you: Protect, Enhance and Promote the best interests of your clients; all of them; especially the Wealthy Women over 50 who control most of a household’s consumption spending.
