Let's be honest: Isn't the office-day or 60/40 home-office rule already a relic of the past? 🤔 It's 2024, but some companies are still clinging to outdated work models with rigid office hours. Flexibility is not just a nice-to-have, but a must-have for modern employers. As a member of Gen Z, this is how I see it: We need work environments that promote freedom and self-determination. Rigid attendance requirements, like an "office-day" or 60/40 rule for working from home? A clear no-go! We're advocating for flexibility, flat hierarchies, and open communication. 💡 It's about more than just technology - it's about a cultural shift. Why stay stuck in the past when we have the chance to reshape the work world and move with the times, especially considering that Covid showed working from anywhere is possible in most companies? To all decision-makers: Let's not just accept the change, but actively drive it forward. Let's create workplaces that celebrate creativity, innovation, and the flexibility where everyone can decide where to work and if they want to come to the office.
