I think one of the reasons why. You have no good thing. A positive feedback in your applications is because you are not consistent. Now consistency doesn't mean you have to apply to jobs all day, everyday. It just means that you need to have a plan and you need to stick to that plan all right now. Delay in job application depends on a lot of things, depends on the company alright, and it depends on how quickly the company wants to fill that role now. You can see a company hiring process can take from 2 weeks to three weeks. Sometimes it can span to a month two months. Six months down the line, they're still hiring. Alright. So like I said, it depends on how quickly they want to fill the role. Other times, these companies just send out job applications so that they will have a lot of applicants into their talent pool. This is usually common in tech, OK, where you get a lot of people so that the next time they are hiring for that role, they will pick from that talent pool first. OK, so. Hiring process depends on a lot of things. Alright, you can't control the hiring process, but what you can control is the number of applications that you send out. So try to optimize or try to. Tried to send out more applications in order for you to increase your chances of success? Alright, so let's say you are applying to five jobs in a day, five days in a week. That's 25 jobs already. So do this for a month and see. So do this for a month, OK? Apply to these jobs and focus on what you can control.
