Great Video ! Out of the 4 statements discussed in this short film, my favorite one, and the most important one in my opinion is really "Innovation is not only about technology!" implying that it's also about people The problem with this statment, is that it's false (or at least, not completly true) ! Allow me to explain 🙂 : In the past few years, I've seen the words #Innovation and #Technology tied together so often that we started to use them the wrong way, and forget what they mean, and also exclude the word #People from the equation by always mentionning it implicitely. In fact, Innovation was never about technology ! On the other side, Inventions are ! While Inventions are about the #Outcome, Innovation is about the #Journey ! And the journey is only made possible by the #People So I'll try my best, and give my personnal take on that statement ! "#Invention is about #Technology, #Innovation is about #People" Therefore, technology, Innovation and #Industry will only mean what they mean if we put Back the Humans at the Center ! 🚀 #Hager #HagerGroup #HumanAtTheCenter
