I visited for dinner party but when asked to serve regular mineral water....was denied bluntly....was told to buy mineral water bottle which is chargeable. When questioned why ? I was discounted my bill by 10 % and bottle was not charged on my bill.. But the question is not about me or individual who knows the rule...that they are to serve free water to any diners or even passerby if they asked for it. That's what hotel are to be providing. But the worst ..I was told that we have our own rule and policies. The head or general manager who was observant about the issue when I asked about the policy that they have to be governed by...shockingly he also stated we make our own rules.. This is how they are governed.?? #GovernmentOfGujarat #hospitality Lords Institute of Management do you teach how to make money the wrong way...as all of them had same opinion about the policy. Most shockingly whole dinning area didn't had water serving jugs.. and when i asked about policy they went timid and said it is served when asked.
