Gulf Hotels Group, a Bahraini hospitality pioneer, yesterday reported net profit of BD2.663 million for the first quarter of 2024, a decrease of 13.7 per cent when compared to net profit of BD3.085m for the first quarter 2023. Earnings per share were 12 fils compared to 14 fils in the first quarter of last year. Total comprehensive income of BD2.382m compared to BD2.770m for the first quarter of the previous year, with a decrease of BD388,000 or 14pc.
