Having no morning routine & bad habits doesn't = failure. It makes you a human. Finally, a post that didn't make me feel bad about having my phone in bed, snoozing my alarm or drinking more than 4 cups of coffee a day ☕️ (oops!) We're not robots, we can only do so much. Time to cut yourself some slack. ❤️ Thanks for the honesty Steven Bartlett ♻️ Reshare if this post resonated ************************ 🧠 Follow me Jas Schembri-Stothart for relatable founder stories like this as I build luna ⚡️

I think what's interesting is the contrast between what's *normative* (like what's common) versus what's *prescriptive* (like it's what you should do). I often find myself in the should-do pile. But in reality, it doesn't work for me. So I've stopped comparing myself to normative examples (like morning routines of successful people), and focused on prescriptions.

Love this a lot! We need more of this realism. For me it’s the 5am brigade. Even with small kids I have never and would never rise at such an ungodly hour. That would be the opposite of productive for me Jas Schembri-Stothart!

I relate to the 4 cups of coffee. People call me an addict and I say, this is the least harmful addiction to have. Leave me alone 😅

Perfecting your productivity isn’t the goal. It’s a means to an end. Don’t get caught chasing productivity over the outcome you want.

💯 Jas Schembri-Stothart! It's so easy to get caught up in the messaging of all these things and think I should be doing x,y,z, and and and... but if I did them all I don't think I would have time to do any work!?

Amen sister! The world of self help guru and productivity hackers will make anyone feel inadequate. There is just so much BS out there. Be you, do you and be happy! That's my mantra!
