I think it is illogical to require applicants have experience with a specific HRIS. I have experience with at least 6 different systems and I can say from experience that most of them are so similar and it is easy to adapt. Also, every company utilizes their HRIS differently. Even if they have experience, they might not use the same features you do. If they have experience with at least 1 HRIS, that should be enough. #hris #hr #humanresources
