What has systems engineering ever done for us? Systems engineering is the link between fully grasping and defining the problem as detailed by the various stakeholders and ensuring that intelligent solutions are delivered, which meet the desired outcome. It's only when you understand the problem from different stakeholders perspectives that the right solution can be arrived at. So without systems engineering, the everyday products and engineering masterpieces that we rely on today to provide fresh water, electricity, protection and take us on holiday would be very different.
