I like what you are doing here, Lu; and I have a hard time with the heavy reliance on the United Nations. I do not see a piece in here about gutting and reinventing the United Nations. This is, I think, necessary. The UN lacks design integrity and structural integrity. As such it has been able to act on behalf of terrorist organizations, has failed to effectively manage disaster relief and has, as I see it, little hope of "improvement". It must be conceived. Doing so, of course, threatens the livelihood of countless individuals who hav their hands on the controls. Absent this as a starting point, I do not see the success of any of these bullet points as predictable. Now if THAT is a project you are interested in taking on, and you can get an in, I am interested. I have been involved there before. And I have not given up hope.
