🌐 Excited to announce that I'll be speaking at the upcoming "International Conference on Business Law – how business law is responding to changes in the world?" organized annually under the patronage of the @Business Centre Club by the ELSA Warsaw. This year, the conference will take place online on March 25th and 26th. I'll be participating in the panel titled "Digitalization and new tech in business" on March 25th, 2024. My session will delve into "The Latest Regulatory Trends and the Future of the Cryptocurrency Sector." Joining me on the panel are esteemed speakers: Ciaran O’Kelly (Queen's University of Belfast, Ireland) discussing "How the legal profession is doing tech adoption?"; Prof. Roman Bieda (Kozminski University, Warsaw) addressing "The legal challenges of quantum technologies"; and Prof. Dr. Paweł Kowalski (SWPS University, Warsaw) exploring "Ethical and legal considerations of implementing AI and Chat GPT in business." This provided a nuanced perspective on balancing freedom of expression with a safe and respectful online environment. 🤖🔗 We explored the complex legal and ethical issues posed by algorithmic content moderation and the crucial role of human oversight in this process.
