🥄You probably don't have a brand like Wanna Spoon Cereal Bar in Nashville. It may not be appropriate for you to have a giant spoon photo op at the side of your building. However, you can STILL provide a tangible brand experience for the people you serve. Even if you only meet with folks virtually! My contact form sets the tone for a warm and casual meeting with a non-required question about the client's favorite flavor of ice cream. Our scheduler offers clarity (otherwise known as kindness) with reminders to add to calendar, easy buttons to reschedule if necessary, and reassurances that the times showing are in the client's time zone. We send gifts like homemade soup and cookies. Our client responses are lightning-fast, and we communicate clearly and regularly. Every client gets a Tuesday update without fail so they never have to wonder what's happening with their project. Fill me in on YOUR brand experience! Everyone does things differently and we can all learn from each other. Bonus Points if what you do involves a giant utensil. 😁 🥣 #branding #brandexperience #brandmessaging
Nicely said Lynn!
I love this so much. You've inspired me to think of ways to incorporate some of this into our process!

5moI love the idea of one non-business question on the I take form! It makes the form more fun to fill out (and read), provides some levity and humanity, and gives you unique insight to the client. Thanks for sharing that nugget, Lynn Tickner
