We can never be happy if we don't know how cherish the present moments and the things we already have.
It is important to be grateful for everything that we have. It is easy to get caught up in wanting more and feeling like we are lacking in some way. However, alway remember that there are many people who are less fortunate than us and would do anything to have what we have.
Instead of focusing on what we don't have, we should focus on what we do have and be grateful for it. Whether it is our health, our family, our friends, or our material possessions, there is always something to be thankful for. By practicing gratitude, we can cultivate a positive mindset and attract more abundance into our lives.
It is also important to remember that everything in life is temporary. We may not always have the things that we currently possess, so it is important to appreciate them while we have them. Instead of dwelling on what we don't have, we should focus on making the most of what we do have and cherishing the present moment.
Gary Vaynerchuk has always been a thought leader I have followed and respected.
#1 practice gratitude—right now—just one thing you are grateful for this morning. I don’t care how small it is just feel that gratitude
#2 focus on what you can control, right now. Not this afternoon or this month or this quarter—right now
#3 if you are stressed about something that is not happening right this second—just try to pause, close your eyes, focus on your inhale and exhale for one minute. Then when you come back see if there is really anything physically wrong with this moment
Don’t just do this once and think everything in life is fixed. Think of this as a lifelong prescription for how to be a happier, healthier, more successful human.
The more you do this exercise in a day (sometimes 100x a day)—the better the results will be and the sooner you will see results.
Have a great day friends!

If you can’t control something, let it go and focus on what you can control, which is how much and how often you deploy gratitude in your life.

We certainly do not want the thought of being grateful for personal and business success to be a caracature.
We see these posts constantly, and curious minds like mine instantly ask, "How much do they mean this, how much do they truly apply this to their own lives, and how much of this is virtue signalling and meant to bolster brand and clicks?"
No one knows until, of course, you are able to interact with people in the real world to see how gratitude shapes their interactions and relationships.
I have no doubt that Mr. V lives and breathes this truth.
But wait a minute? Why do I truly believe this? I have never met the man after all.
Beyond the careful selection of the brand archetype and spreading that word with clarity and conviction, it is most of all about honesty and integrity. You can't fake that, and he certainly does not.
The concept of brand is often associated with graphics, colors, typography, and even iconography, but none of it means anything unless you interact with the real world, true to that form.
The bottom line is to create and nurture your brand with all the pertinent digital touchpoints associated with your business, but tie it all together with the most important component, which is YOU interacting with the real world.
