During #DSSE2024 I was invited to participate in this panel, it was a wonderful experience. We covered a range of topics, focusing on how our companies can thrive in a competitive market with much larger players. As a digital signage CMS designed for system integrators around the world, we mainly focus on adding value in any possible way, turning perceived disadvantages into strengths. Here are some of the main takeaways on how we do that: 💡 Innovation for convenience: All CMS try to stand for usability, but as a result none do. I explained that our goal is to make content management as convenient as possible, building projects that run on autopilot. Automation of content management is undervalued, but once you have it, you can't live without it. 🖌 Customisation and Flexibility: we can provide highly customised solutions that meet the unique needs of each project, setting us apart from much more rigid platforms offered by larger companies. 🤖 Filling the technological gap: Not all system integrators can develop all the necessary integrations for a complex project. I highlighted the fact that we are developers, so we can help our partners implement such projects. 🤝 Strong relationships: I emphasized that we build close relationships with all our partners, ensuring that their needs are met. We are committed to our partners success. Our high involvement in our partners projects gives us niche expertise in many areas.
