The research I am involved in looks to develop and challenge the current modernistic dogmas, and proposes a new form of architecture that responds to more complex scenarios. My portfolio consists of work that has been accumulated across my masters highlighting the plethora of prototyping and design formulations. The designs cover all scales of research, master planning, single building topology and interiors, showcasing the range in which the new Avant grand (parametricism) brings to our contemporary society. #parametricism #tectonism

As we step into the first day of fall, let's explore five symbolic meanings of the season that can shape an architect's approach, leading to thoughtful, responsive, and sustainable design. · Fall symbolizes the transition from summer’s warmth to winter’s dormancy. In architecture, this represents the need to design for flexibility and adaptability to evolving trends, technologies, and conditions. · Fall is a time of reflection and preparation as nature prepares for winter. Architects can draw parallels in their work, where careful planning, reflection on past projects, and preparation for future challenges are crucial. · Just as fall balances the extremes of summer and winter, architects can be inspired by this harmony to create spaces that balance functionality, aesthetics, and environmental factors. · In fall, the aging of leaves symbolizes the passage of time. For architects, this can drive the design of timeless structures that endure through different eras. · Fall's vibrant colors and natural beauty can influence architectural design, encouraging the use of natural materials, colors, and sustainable practices that reflect the beauty of the environment. #FirstDayOfFall #ArchitecturalInspiration #RLFaei

In my architectural practice, every project starts with tracing the energy lines that flow through the plot. This step is essential as it sets the foundation for the entire design. By carefully studying and marking these lines, I align my work with the natural flow of the land. This approach helps me understand the space and how to work with its natural energies. Once the energy lines are traced, I let my creativity flow and I create art of the land. Guided by this research, I create designs that are functional, beautiful, and in harmony with nature. This method isn't just a technique; it's a philosophy. By respecting the natural energies, we create spaces that are vibrant, balanced, and connected to their surroundings. #sustainablearchitecture #holisticdesign #energydesign #greenbuilding #ecofriendlydesign #natureinspired #architecturaldesign #environmentalarchitecture #biophilicdesign #earthfriendly #creativearchitecture #designwithnature #sustainableliving #modernarchitecture #landscapearchitecture

Roberto Burle Marx (1909-1994) wasn’t your typical architect. This Brazilian visionary wasn’t concerned with bricks and mortar, but rather with living, breathing canvases. Burle Marx was a landscape architect who blurred the lines between artist and designer, forever changing the way we see the spaces around our buildings. . Omnipotence and impotence - by Camilla Block “It is not in our control, projects can die anytime,” as Camilla, co-founder of Durbach Block Jaggers, stated at our event in Sydney. This lack of control stems from a variety of unpredictable external forces that can influence, alter, or even stop projects, making the process of architecture not just a creative endeavor, but also a navigation of a minefield of potential disruptions. The precarious nature of architecture, shaped by these uncontrollable external circumstances, puts a level of uncertainty over every project, serving as a reminder of the profession's complexity. ▶️ Her talk, as well as this interview, are already on our website, linkhttps://lnkd.in/drXXcG65. 🛋️ Furniture by Space Furniture 📸 Koolhaas’ picture by Fabrizio Albertini #architectsnotarchitecture #AnATalks #CamillaBlock #durbachblockjaggers #architecture #architects #architecturaldesign #designuncertainty #architecturaldesign #projectmanagement #designchallenges #creativeprocess #buildingarchitecture
