I am thrilled to announce that Lambeth Council has approved our plans for Hardess Yard, a transformative co-living and light-industrial development in Brixton, designed for Mitheridge Capital Management and LGL. This BREEAM Outstanding project will create 320 state-of-the-art co-living studios with shared kitchens, meeting and work rooms, café, library, gym, lounges, a screening room and much more. Alongside this, 1400 square metres of light industrial space will cater to the creative industries and provide high-quality studio and commercial space on the eastern fringe of the Brixton Creative Enterprise Zone. We're thrilled to share that Lambeth Council has approved plans for our Hardess Yard development in Brixton. Featuring 320 co-living studios and over 1,400 sqm of light industrial space for local enterprises, Hardess Yard is our largest co-living scheme to date. Delivered in collaboration with Mitheridge Capital Management and designed by PLP Architecture, the development will include extensive amenities, including workspaces, resident lounges, communal kitchens, a state-of-the-art gym, and external spaces including a roof terrace and pocket park. Legal & General has submitted a planning application for Bristol Temple Island, a £350m regeneration project that will transform the derelict, former diesel depot site into a new urban quarter. The development master planned by architects Zaha Hadid aims to deliver 520 homes, two new office buildings, retail space, flexible workspace, and a new hotel with conference facilities. L&G’s will work in partnership with Bristol City Council to ensure 40% of housing is for social and affordable rents or shared ownership. Gleeds has been appointed to provide project and cost management services on a major new office development on High Holborn, London, which has now been officially submitted for planning approval. The team has been supporting Hoi Hup Realty Pte Ltd to deliver the site, which provides over 370,000 sq. ft. of office accommodation and terraces overlooking the capital. This exciting scheme will target BREEAM ‘Outstanding’ and EPC ‘A’, and provide additional public realm through the development of a park and cultural spaces. Last week Hill Group UK announced that construction has begun at Station Road, Merton, delivered in partnership with Clarion Housing Group! “Located in a prime area with exceptional access to local amenities, this development will comprise 98 high-quality new homes featuring a mix of one, two, and three-bedroom apartments, each home will offer private balconies, modern fitted kitchens with energy-efficient appliances, and comprehensive amenities to support a high standard of living.
