Why are companies afraid to let someone know that they are not a good fit? Instead of hiring someone have them train their replacement. Don’t they deserve to be able to find other opportunities? Then the company that the employee left talks bad about them .. This isn’t a bad look on the employee but speaks VOLUMES about the company! Owners talk to your line employees see if they are happy because getting third party information leads to a high turnover rate… but y’all not ready to talk about that
