The NAA wanted to speak now and laud this fearless adaptation to new technologies and innovation. During our market update webinar we discussed our outlook for 2024 - forecasting 12% growth in new delivery numbers this year. Although Q1 is the quietest of the year, it is useful to check in on progress; well over 2023 we are actually about 9% down on business aviation deliveries - numbers have fallen by half at Pilatus while Textron is down 20%. Embraer has started the year strong - deliveries are up 53% with 17 handovers in Q1 2024. Supply chain woes may still be with us. #businessaviation Cirium

Infinitely grateful to MED TECHNOLGY and LEONARDO HELICOPTERS for accompanying me in the achievement of the competencies/objectives of these 3 courses of Aviation Safety Management Systems (SMS), Global ICAO Standard, Convention on International Civil Aviation, Annex 19, and instrumental requirement for EASA qualified experts on Part 145 (Maintenance Organizations) and Part 21 (Aircraft/Components Manufacturers).   Regulation (EU) 2021/1963 amending Regulation (EU) N° 1321/2014 became applicable on December 2, 2022. We are currently in the transition period that allows aviation maintenance organizations to correct any findings of non-compliances with the new Part-145 requirements until December 2, 2024.   Regulations (EU) 2022/201 and 2022/203 amending Regulation (EU) N° 748/2012 became applicable on March 7, 2023. France's Dassault Aviation SA is in the process of acquiring land near upcoming Jewar international airport for a maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) facility for India’s Mirage 2000 and Rafale fighters, and also that of Indonesia fleet. Certain sources indicate that the MRO facility will be a solo venture of Dassault Aviation and will be fully owned by the French aviation firm, which translates to the fact that an Indian partner is absent in the venture. #aircraft #MRO #aviation
