The person who asks the questions is the person in control of the conversation. Don’t show up and throw up. Whenever meet a new client or potential lead, you should make a concerted effort to get to know then and understand their needs, pain points, motivations. A market appraisal isn’t all about how wonderful YOU ARE, and it isn’t an opportunity for you to put on a show. It’s about conducting a needs analysis; Asking questions Taking an interest Fully understanding the motivations of the client Once you have a full understand of all of the above, you will then have an opportunity to demonstrate how you can, as a professional Property Consultants, solve the client’s problems with the skills, experience, resources that you have. There are times to listen and there are times to speak.
