The chatbots may also face issues of prompt leaking, curation, and monetization that may affect their quality and trustworthiness. My take: One approach to achieve a competitive advantage is to focus on creating specialized GPTs tailored to specific use cases, leveraging APIs and integrations - whether they are your product :) or from third parties. Chaining GPTs in a tree-like structure can enhance complex problem-solving. This method, known as the Tree of Thoughts (ToT), involves breaking down complex tasks into smaller, more manageable steps and using a hierarchical structure to guide the AI through multiple steps - also promising improved user experience. However, it is important to consider the potential challenges, such as the risk of overwhelming the AI with too much context and the need to ensure the AI doesn't deviate from the intended chain. Additionally, integrating AI with hardware can provide a significant advantage. Tech giants like Google might keep large language models (LLMs) free for users, making it challenging for others to compete. They might focus on monetizing by integrating these models with their hardware, such as Google Home and Pixel phones. If you're planning to build hardware integrated with GPTs, that could give you a strategic edge in this evolving landscape. I think, to build a sustainable business model around AI, it's crucial to remember that AI's primary value lies in its ability to save TIME. Consumer AI products (B2C) often struggle with achieving unit metrics and profitability because they cater to users who may not prioritize time-saving as much as businesses (B2B). #ai #gptstore #openai #startup #aichallenges
