When I was working on SPIF / DPIF on Haas mill at Penn State all I could think about was making ‘59 Eldorado rear fenders, but the Haas VF4 was a bit too short.

I guess this is about procedurally/parametrically designed custom parts 3D-printed and automatically assembled upon thy vehicle of choice within 48 hours, and, also, but not limited to, on-demand? owo

I’ve designed quite a bit of brecketry for mounting interior warning lights in emergency vehicles. All bent sheet metal. Never dreamed about designing geometries previously available in stamping only.

I have a few friends that could be interested in this. I know a few others doing aircraft restoration that also would be interested for thongs out of 3000 and 5000 series aluminum. Cowlings and fairings in particular.

Custom built hoods and fenders. That would be lovely. Imagining many exciting things with roboforming. Edward Mehr
