There is a lot of talk about 𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁 𝟯𝗗 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 on the market, but very little about the value of the 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 in this particular extrusion process, both on large monolithic parts and on small batches. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 → heated chamber allows a homogeneous temperature within the printing area, taking advantage of an integrated system within the 3D printer that uniformly heats the entire volume. This avoids unaesthetic and dysfunctional effects, such as warping or delamination. This servo pad printing machine is fully automatic. The parts in nylon are aligned by a bowl feeder and horizontal one to a first step of checking with 3 position sensors. Once the machine verifies that all the 3 pieces are present, the in-line vibrator pushes them forward for plasma treatment and then pad printing. The parts end up in a conveyor belt for a quick air treatment before falling into the bin. Interesting integration of parts that allow a lot of saving in terms of workers and high efficiency. #padprinting #china #servo #integratedautomation #automation #toys

Traditionally, users of 3D printers had to manually level their print beds, which was a time-consuming and often frustrating process. However, with the advancements in technology, some modern 3D printers now use a bed mesh that allows for automatic bed levelling. This feature has made 3D printing much more accessible and user-friendly. We recently put this feature to the test in one of our latest YouTube videos.
