Great episode Robert Coombs and particularly appreciate your take on "authentically" (no smoke and mirrors/ faking it/ BS) innovating to differentiate in an otherwise-crowded marketplace. It's the hard way. And it's also the right way. Kudos to you to walk this walk. Federating a dataset and creating a kind of "golden record" and source of truth has many parallels across other problems many of us are working on in healthcare/healthtech and in other industry verticals as well. And your point is well-taken, about the many areas of as-yet-to-be-leveraged (exploited) value from the data, or what we called "data exhaust" back in the early 2000s. As healthcare 3.0 emerges, with care delivery expansion, place of care and payment expansion, your full-range categories of certifications/licenses will become more valuable than ever. On my wish list is a kind of star or trusted "mark" with your deeper data to help consumers understand what's behind the alphabet soup of letters behind their care team and lead clinicians' "credentials." This will be especially important as consumers exercise their buying power, as price transparency and high-deductible plans collide in a new market reality. Provider creds, and the deeper information beyond the surface data will be integral to consumer shopping, trust and confidence, especially for expensive/serious services/procedures.
