Nurse Residency Programs have a great opportunity to better prepare nurses for the bedside. Clinical skills like IV competencies, SBAR communication, and developing the critical thinking skills to maneuver complex diseases and collaborate in multidisciplinary teams. I’m glad to see an article that provides data in support of this belief.
