Are you supplying them with workers or helping them create their own second chance hire programs? If you're a company looking to start such a program, it's best to work with someone who understands the needs of those re-entering society from prison. A successful second chance hiring goes beyond just providing employment. It involves ensuring that your hires have access to necessary resources and housing for success. Never been a big fan of just listing jobs that I have, but as things have begun to really get motoring, I’m spending the majority of my time headhunting or delivering training, so thought what the hell. At my internship, I am learning about scheduling and employee retention. When an employee needed to be written up, I learned the appropriate time to take disciplinary action and about how to retain employees who uphold the company's values.
