Greetings of the day, my dear friends and dear colleagues 😊 With this post, I would like to thank you all for your support and interest in the programs of English Worldwide - IATELS International Online English Academy, IATELS International Association, coordinated by STARTINFORUM International Business and Project Management. As an academician affiliated with a business company, I’m working on bringing together the potential of traditional education and a flexibility and openness of a business entity for developing new frameworks which will be beneficial for educational establishments and business organizations. While traditional institutions are lacking entrepreneurial visions, business organizations need breakthrough knowledge and skills for better development and growth. For both of these sides, the missing points are crucial in a view of an always growing competition at the market nationally and globally. Seeing and analyzing different cases of universities and businesses, it comes to me that as soon as traditional universities gain a business mind and entrepreneurial vision, they will be able to turn into conglomerates which will be outstanding in their power and influence. Having all required resources in their disposal, they should just learn to manage them in a more flexible and targeted way, aiming to reach tangible results and solve social and economical needs of the communities. #education #business #development #iatels #startinforum #projectmanagement
