After Chinese New Year, I have been very busy, and customers from Eurobike and Canton Fair have been inquiring and placing orders one after another. I think this is a good sign that the market is slowly improving. As we all know, many bicycle parts require color matching. Our factory's requirements for leather are: 0.8mm thickness, pass REACH standard, and resistant to yellowing by 4+. The most difficult part of the saddle is the cover. Do you know why? Due to the unique manufacturing process of leather, the minimum order quantity for environmentally friendly leather is 500 meters, which can produce approximately 6000 saddles. So if the order quantity is small, we have have much inventory, which is obviously not conducive to the operation of the factory. Usually, we have two solutions: 1. Consult more suppliers to see if we can get the low MOQ 2. Suppliers can increase the unit price appropriately. This greatly tests the ability of our procurement department. For example, recently one old friend needed a brown leather. He sent me a sample of tyre and asked me to make a similar brown saddle based on the color of the tyre. Through communication with the supplier, we successfully obtained the brown leather and gained high recognition from the customer. Although there is still a slight color difference, it is within a reasonable range. Because everyone knows that things made of different materials have different colors. 1971 ALFA ROMEO GT 1300 JUNIOR ZAGATO A$- ENDED Ended UNSOLD This Alfa Romeo GT 1300 Junior Zagato is a very well-presented example of the rare and distinctive classic Italian ‘baby grand tourer’, which benefits from a high-quality restoration.  Under the bonnet sits a naturally aspirated 1.3-litre twin-cam inline-four, fed by twin Solex carburettors, which sends its power to the rear wheels via a five-speed manual transmission.  This example was originally delivered to Amsterdam, but is now located in Australia where it has been with the seller for 10 years.  This GT 1300 Junior Zagato is believed to be one of only 1,108 examples delivered.  The odometer indicates 54,162 Kms, though this is not warranted. CAR OVERVIEW 54,162 Km (Indicated) Manual LHD Delage Red Rosewood Red 1.3L VIN AR1800698 EQUIPMENT AND FEATURES  First revealed to the public at the 1969 Turin Motor Show, the 1300 Junior Zagato was the marque’s first hatchback, with an unusual design penned by Zagato’s then-Chief of Design Ercole Spada.  The 1300 Junior Zagato shared the same gearbox, suspension, rear axle, brakes, and 1300cc aluminium engine as the Spider Junior and the GT Junior, as well as an aluminium bonnet and door skins on early examples such as this.  This example was originally finished in a brighter Rosso, but is now presented in the handsome shade of Delage Red, over a Rosewood Red re-trimmed interior, featuring a contrasting black dashboard and carpets, black synthetic suede upholstery on the upper dashboard, as well as aluminium trim on the centre console and upper door cards.  It rides on a set of 15-inch Alfa TZ1 replica alloy wheels fitted with Pirelli Cinturato P6 tyres.  Equipment includes a wood-rimmed Nardi steering wheel, a wooden gear knob, heater and ventilation controls, and Jaeger gauges.   This example has been fitted with a ceramic treated exhaust manifold, a hand-built stainless-steel front bumper, a knurled aluminium oil cap, and 40mm lower suspension with King springs and Koni shock absorbers.   The car comes with a jack, the original front bumper, a replica toolkit, a Certificate of Origin from Alfa Romeo, the vehicle import approval document, and an extensive file of maintenance invoices and history.  #classic #classics #classiccars #collectorcars #carcollectors #historic #vintage #performance #racing #rallying #driving #car #cars #automotiveindustry #auto #autos #autoindustry #auction #forsale #sold #automotive #investment #privatesale
