Ready to dip your toe into the world of infused cooking? Look no further than Christina Wong, the driving force behind Fruit + Flower Co. Christina joined team PAX today in celebration of Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) Heritage Month to talk about the history of cannabis in Asia, how to incorporate the plant in the kitchen, and to share a very special recipe that was passed down to her from her mom. Cannabis and food are powerful community builders and we had a great time, learning together and trying our hand at her Pork Ginger Dumplings with a cannabis-infused dipping sauce. Storyteller + Content Creator + Writer + PR Consultant + Community Connector 💮 Where culinary meets cannabis in unexpected ways

Had so much fun showing the PAX team how to make pork ginger dumplings with infused dipping sauce. We made dumplings together and talked about the history of cannabis in ancient Asia, how it was used for medicine and textiles, Magu the Daoist goddess of hemp, and discussed current perception of the plant in modern day Asia. I love this because creating new narratives around shared food and culture can change and shift perspective. Something so familiar and comforting like dumplings, hot pot, mochi, tea, or mooncake makes the unfamiliar feel more welcoming. Thank you PAX Laura Fogelman for having me!
