Addressing Salary Discrepancies and Unfair Compensation It’s disheartening to witness unfair practices in some local institutes, particularly regarding salary deductions and compensation discrepancies. Inappropriate Salary Deductions: Employees face unjust salary deductions without proper justification, which severely impacts morale and financial stability. Transparency and fairness in salary management are essential for maintaining trust and respect within the workplace. Lack of Compensation Time: Additionally, employees often work extra hours without receiving compensatory time off, while managers, who may only attend for a few hours a week, receive their full salaries. This disparity creates a sense of injustice and devalues the hard work and dedication of employees. Such practices undermine the principles of fairness and equality that are fundamental to a healthy work environment.
