5moMadhura Chaudhuri I agree there could be ways to reduce friction for users. But I feel, Out of that 52%, 50% are window shopping customers. Users who don't WANT anything but are roaming around on apps whole day long just browsing. (Like not all people who enter a brick mortar store in a mall, come out with a bag.) Do users really leave an app because they were not able to figure out how to place the order? I doubt.
